Initiated projects and developed specifications based on feedback from internal clients for developing database-driven web applications. I worked individually on projects and virtually with teams located locally and overseas in India and Ireland.

Designed, developed and implemented a new resource inventory tracking system which tracked over 2000+ data storage systems and servers. Resources were reduced by 30% resulting in millions of dollars in savings. Management could get an instant view of the number of systems and hardware. Locating equipment and hardware took seconds versus hours of wasted manpower without the application. Reduced the amount of time a system sat idling by designing, developing and implementing a system sharing request feature which allowed over 300+ engineers to share equipment. Generated instant multiple inventory and usage reports and graphs based on collected data.

Designed, developed and implemented a new tech support system. Allowed management and test engineers to manage requests made by the software engineering community. Management could easily see what areas needed focus by providing the length of time a request took to complete and the type of request that was made. Test engineers could track their time spent on a task using a timer feature, document solution details, and status which is all viewable by the requestor. Generated instant multiple inventory reports and graphs based on collected data.

Designed, developed and implemented a new error tracking system. Web application used to document and notify development team and code tester team members of errors found, keeping everyone on the same page and eliminating redundant efforts resulting in increased productivity. Generated reports and graphs used by management and organization to view status of code development.

Software Engineer Technician Specialist
